Reports to: Executive Director
Full Time hybrid position w/ full benefits (87,000-90,000/ annually)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Director. The Development Director will be responsible for planning and implementing fundraising strategies, managing annual giving campaigns, and fostering philanthropic relationships. Additionally, the Development Director will be involved in budgeting and financial management to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications

Experience in planned giving and annual giving
-
Minimum of 5 years experience working in non-profit organizations, with at least 2 years in role
-
involving direct active solicitation.

Knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising principles

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors

Experience working in non-profit organizations

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Preferred)

(Preferred) Experience reflecting close connection with, and understanding of, BIPOC
communities we serve, and/or extensive knowledge of diverse communities.'
Compensation
-
$87,000-$90,000 annually

Full medical, dental, group life, paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

Hybrid office environment (2-3 days in the office/face-to-face meetings) with some events.
