We Are Hiring!
Join Our Mission to Empower Youth at SafeFutures Youth Center! SafeFutures was born from the grit, perseverance, and life experiences of community activists and youth workers who refused to accept the inequities faced by youth of color in education, employment, and the criminal legal system.
For three decades, we’ve been a beacon of hope for young people, empowering children and young adults from low-income BIPOC communities across Southwest Seattle and King County to unlock their potential and thrive as confident, resourceful, and engaged community members. We are more than a youth center; we are a movement.
Our culturally responsive programs blend academic support, leadership development, career readiness, and comprehensive youth navigation services to help youth create a positive vision for their future. Grounded in the proven principles of positive youth development, including the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets Framework, our holistic approach addresses not only academic and career goals but also the family and social environments that shape success. At SafeFutures, we believe in the power of possibility. Every young person deserves the chance to dream big and take bold steps toward realizing their aspirations. Our team is the driving force behind this vision, creating lasting change and empowering the next generation of leaders.
Are you ready to be part of something bigger? Explore career opportunities with SafeFutures Youth Center and join us in shaping brighter futures for our youth. Together, we can transform lives and build stronger communities.
